Suzy Jackson has spent her career at the intersection of pharma commercial strategy, digital health, and patient & HCP experience. Over more than a decade at Accenture, she reshaped how global pharmaceutical companies reached and served patients and HCPs, and went on to build and lead a B2B digital health business from scratch as Chief Commercial Officer at RVO Health. She advises and speaks on where healthcare, technology, and storytelling meet — and on how leaders use clear communication to move organizations. She is also a trained classical flautist and jazz saxophonist, which is where she first learned that the best performances are equal parts preparation and presence.
